Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Click Find Your Home > Communities > Learn More (under your desired community)

• View community’s siteplan, points of interest, directions, an overview, and standard features

Step 2: Click Continue

• Refine your home plan search by number of floors, square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, and cars

Step 3: Click on Desired Home

• Select your desired elevation and unique option for each floor, as well as browse photos

Step 4: Click Continue

• Select your favorite color scheme for your trim, garage, roof, metal-roof, columns, fascia, and window-trim, and view a previous in real time!

Step 4: Click Continue

• View a map of the community and select the homesite you want (you can refine your search by cost, size, etc.)

Step 5: Select Lot and Click Continue

• View all the details of your “completed” new home, and decide to: save as a “favorite” to come back to later, have a brochure emailed to you, share your design on Facebook or Pinterest, download a PDF, get directions, or design another home

It’s as easy as that! The best part about our Rendering House app is that you can always go back to a previous step and make a change.
