If you’d like to make a move quickly, we offer Quick Move-In homes that are under construction now. They range from 3 to 5 bedrooms, all with spacious, open-concept interiors, modern finishes, designer touches, and professionally landscaped grounds. Or you may select one of our 17+ floor plans and customize it to perfectly suit your lifestyle.

As we mentioned in our recent article, Prices and Interest Rates are Changing, but It’s Still a Great Time to Buy, interest rates continue to be low compared to what they were in 2019. That means that the cost to buy a home is lower, which will a) reflect in your monthly mortgage payments, and b) give you more of a budget to work with, if you choose.

The market is also settling, so while we’re unlikely to see price decreases anytime soon, the rate at which home prices are increasing has started to level out. Prices and interest rates are expected to continue rising for the foreseeable future, so there’s no time like the present to buy a new home.
