You’ve heard there’s no place like home, but the truth is, there’s no place like YOUR home. If you’re thinking of buying a new Regal home or are about to start the building process, you’ve probably done some homework. Because we want to provide you with as much information about Regal Homes as possible, we thought you’d be interested in the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Do you have any quick move-in homes?
We will soon! We have several new homes started in our Windflower 2 area priced from the $500’s for townhomes to the high $800’s for single family homes.
How long does it take to build a home?
If you choose a plan and a lot, then we are looking at about a year. If you select one of our pre-designed homes under construction, timing will be shorter and homes should be completed late 2022 or very early in 2023.
How large are your lots?
In Phase 1 of Windflower we have two remaining lots that are 0.29 acres and will have our new Poplar rambler plan built on them. They will be released for sale later in spring 2022.
Do you have any homes available in the Giverny community?
We have four pre-designed homes that will be released for sale this summer in Giverny with completion in early 2023. Be sure to sign up to receive our emails so you will be notified when these homes become available.
