Each one is thoughtfully designed by a dedicated team that provides the royal treatment with every purchase. One of the amazing communities we offer is our Windflower community in Heber City, Utah. Here, we’ve worked hard to create a wide selection of desirable floor plans as well as pre-designed options for a quicker move-in. Today, we’d love to share a few of those updates with you to help jumpstart your new home search.

Phase 1

Although there are only a few homesites left to build on, you still have some time to build your dream home in Windflower’s first phase. Depending on the lot you choose, there are about 7 different floor plans that can be built here. They range from 1,954 to 3,945 square feet in size, with unique layouts fit for families of all sizes or homeowners with extra space for guests. If you’re looking to skip the time it takes for a to-be-built home, phase 1 has 4 pre-designed homes that have just been released for sale. These homes are scheduled for completion between December 2022 and January 2023. Let’s view a few details of these quick move-in homes below.

Lot 121 – Primrose 2 Story Floor Plan – $946,145

This available home is located on a corner lot that is at the entry of a cul-de-sac. Situated on 0.20 acres, this home is 3,029 total square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. You’ll find plenty of open space with the 10-foot floor to ceiling main living area, and 9-foot floor to ceiling on the upper floor and in the unfinished basement. Starting from the entrance, you’ll find a home office that perfectly leads into a spacious great room with a gorgeous fireplace. It’s an optimal layout for a smooth transition from a hard day working from home to a relaxing evening by the fire. You can also take advantage of a soak in the grand master bath after a long day.

Lot 124 – Daisy 2 Story Floor Plan – $841,544

Another wonderful option is our Daisy floor plan, equipped with a finished basement. This cul-de-sac homesite is built on 0.15 acres of land with a total square footage of 2,326. Within it, you’ll find 10-foot tall walls on the main floor and 9-foot foundation walls in the basement. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 2 car garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Plus, you can invite guests over for a sunny day out on the extended back deck. Also on the main floor is a cozy fireplace, a convenient laundry room, and a sizable grand master bath.

Lot 131 – Primrose 2 Story Floor Plan – $1,010,522

Similar to our other Primrose quick move-in home, you’ll find this option filled with tall 10-foot walls on the main floor with 9-foot foundation walls on the upper floor and in the finished basement. A lovely home office sits on the main floor along with a fireplace for cooler nights. This home sits on 0.17 acres with a total square footage of 3,029. The main differentiator of this option is it includes five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a 3 car garage. There is so much living and storage space to enjoy here.

Lot 142 – Bluebell Floor Plan – $961,875

This Bluebell pre-designed quick move-in home comes complete with high-end design selections and a finished basement. You’ll find a taller foundation wall along with the main floor 10-foot wall that’s included. There’s also plenty of room for family members or visiting guests with the five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2-car garage available. Especially when it comes to meal times, as this option includes a dining room extension. This amazing 3,332 square foot home is built on 0.18 acres of land.

Phase 2

It’s official! We’ve opened up Phase 2 of our Windflower community. If you’re in the market for a to-be-built home in Windflower, it’s not too late to build in the second phase. There are a ton of homesites available to build on with a range of townhomes, twin homes, and single-family home types. We understand there are some who’d rather move sooner than later, so we also have homes already started for your quickest move. Three pre-designed Aspen townhomes with finished basements are ready to go, with two more incredible options on the way. Aside from our Aspen townhomes, they all include 3 ft. of picket fencing! Here are two homes that are scheduled to be completed late fall or early winter 2022. 

Lot 1 – Birch Floor Plan – $998,300

You can’t go wrong with a lucky number 1 lot and the Birch floor plan. This home is placed on 0.14 acres with a total of 3,256 square feet. Within the 10-foot walls on the main floor, you’ll find a cozy fireplace and an expansive covered deck. There’s plenty of privacy in the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on opposite sides of the home. You can also take advantage of the extra storage space available in the oversized 2-car garage. In the unfinished basement, the foundation walls are 9 feet high, keeping it feeling open and airy.

Lot 6 – Poplar Floor Plan – $1,106,700

This Poplar quick move-in home has a total of 3,945 square feet of space built on 0.14 acres of land. You’ll also find some privacy with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms separated by the diagonal length of the home. Features like the 10-foot main floor ceiling and 9-foot basement foundation wall give it a wide open feel that’s very inviting. With the 3-car garage, there’s plenty of room for guests’ vehicles or additional storage space. With the cooler months approaching, you can take advantage of the cozy main floor fireplace or place a small fire pit out on the covered deck for a fun night of roasted s’mores.
