Each one is thoughtfully designed by a dedicated team that provides the royal treatment with every purchase. One of the amazing communities we offer is our Windflower community in Heber City, Utah. Here, we’ve worked hard to create a wide selection of desirable floor plans as well as pre-designed options for a quicker move-in. Today, we’d love to share a few of those updates with you to help jumpstart your new home search.
Although there are only a few homesites left to build on, you still have some time to build your dream home in Windflower’s first phase. Depending on the lot you choose, there are about 7 different floor plans that can be built here. They range from 1,954 to 3,945 square feet in size, with unique layouts fit for families of all sizes or homeowners with extra space for guests. If you’re looking to skip the time it takes for a to-be-built home, phase 1 has 4 pre-designed homes that have just been released for sale. These homes are scheduled for completion between December 2022 and January 2023. Let’s view a few details of these quick move-in homes below.
Lot 121 – Primrose 2 Story Floor Plan – $946,145
This available home is located on a corner lot that is at the entry of a cul-de-sac. Situated on 0.20 acres, this home is 3,029 total square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. You’ll find plenty of open space with the 10-foot floor to ceiling main living area, and 9-foot floor to ceiling on the upper floor and in the unfinished basement. Starting from the entrance, you’ll find a home office that perfectly leads into a spacious great room with a gorgeous fireplace. This Bluebell pre-designed quick move-in home comes complete with high-end design selections and a finished basement. You’ll find a taller foundation wall along with the main floor 10-foot wall that’s included. There’s also plenty of room for family members or visiting guests with the five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2-car garage available. Especially when it comes to meal times, as this option includes a dining room extension. This amazing 3,332 square foot home is built on 0.18 acres of land.
It’s official! We’ve opened up Phase 2 of our Windflower community. If you’re in the market for a to-be-built home in Windflower, it’s not too late to build in the second phase. There are a ton of homesites available to build on with a range of townhomes, twin homes, and single-family home types. We understand there are some who’d rather move sooner than later, so we also have homes already started for your quickest move. Three pre-designed Aspen townhomes with finished basements are ready to go, with two more incredible options on the way. Aside from our Aspen townhomes, they all include 3 ft. of picket fencing! Here are two homes that are scheduled to be completed late fall or early winter 2022.
Lot 1 – Birch Floor Plan – $998,300
