We’re excited to throw the spotlight on our newest team member, sales executive Gina McBride. She will be working in our Windflower community, as well as in our newest community, Amanti Lago. Gina is also the sister of Melinda Basterholt, one of our long-time sales executives! (Guess the sales genes run in the family!) 

Tell us about your past work experience. 

I received my real estate license in 2002, and have worked in new construction since 2008 when I worked with Richmond American Homes. I have worked for two national builders and two local builders.  

What is your favorite part about working for Regal Homes? 

I enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve the American Dream of home ownership.

What are some of your interests outside of Regal Homes? 

I have two children and two grandchildren, and I love spending time with them. I enjoy traveling, especially to places with warm beaches. I like to hike and be in the mountains as well. I love trying good food and visiting new places. I like to play board games and do puzzles, and enjoy my peaceful time at home reading books or going out with friends.
