As one of our newest communities, Parkside features both 2-story and rambler plans. Among the unique interior features in one of our Parkside plans is a curved staircase which is very “regal” and comes with an optional Juliette balcony. The exterior designs are “transitional”, featuring a mix of traditional and modern styles. This aesthetic is very adaptable, including elements from both to achieve a nice balance. The look feels fresh yet familiar, with elements from modern and traditional design included. The first three plans in this new series of homes are the Fairmount, the Liberty, and the Chatsworth.  

The Fairmount is a two-story plan with a curved staircase which is a unique feature! The 3-bedroom, open floorplan has 3,879 square feet of living space with an optional office on the main floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs, and an unfinished basement. 

The stylish Liberty plan also has two stories. Within its 3,852 square feet of living space, are an office on the main floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs along with a large loft, and an unfinished basement level.

The 4,086-square-foot Chatsworth is a rambler plan, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. It has a third-car garage, spacious walk-in pantry, and an unfinished basement with room for 3 additional future bedrooms, a future bath, a large future family room, and storage.
